‚ÄčAll orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Orders are shipped same day on Monday - Friday (by 11:00AM AEST +10) or next business day from receiving your payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekend or any public holidays. 


Local pick-up is available at our shop loacted in Clayton South, Victoria, Australia.

We offer free standard shipping within Australia with Australia Post. You can track your parcel here:

It may take a few days for tracking information to appear on the Track and Trace website. However if there is still no tracking information after a few days, contact our Customer Service HERE.


We now offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING service when you spend over $150.
The offer is only valid for shipments within Australia.

Discount will automatically be applied when the order subtotal is over $150 and you will be able to choose Auspost Express Postage option with no extra cost.


We accept payments by bank transfer and PayPal. Please put your name / order no. down as payment reference while using bank transfer as payment method.

If you are going to pay by PayPal, please ensure your PayPal postal address is complete and 100% correct.


We deliver by Australia Post.

Goods can be sent to PO box and parcel locker.

Sending within same state
Metro: up to 2 business days.
Country: up to 5 business days
Sending interstate:
Metro: up to 3-6 business days depending on lodgement and destination points.
Country: please ask at your local post office.

Auspost Express Delivery:
Next business day delivery within Australia.
Next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network. The national next business day delivery network operates between capital cities (excluding Darwin; and for Perth between CBDs only) and some major centres.

We always do our best to make sure your order is with you in the shortest time possible. Occasionally, delays can happen, which are often beyond our control. In this case, we will always try to inform you beforehand.

Please allow 10 business days (for regular parcel post orders) before contacting us about the whereabouts of your order. In some cases, we may need to lodge an investigation with Australia Post to find out where your parcel is. The investigation with Australia Post takes 5 business days to be completed so we ask you to be patient during this time.
